Our Pre-School Room provides a welcoming, engaging and stimulating environment where children aged three to five years can develop their confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning as they prepare for the exciting transition to primary school.

Through a combination of child-led play, creative activities and planned learning experiences, we encourage children to explore their interests, ask questions, solve problems and develop new skills. Guided by Scotland’s Curriculum for Excellence, our approach supports early literacy, numeracy, communication, social development and emotional wellbeing.

Our experienced and caring team encourages children to build friendships, make choices, take on new challenges and become increasingly independent. With plenty of opportunities for imaginative play, outdoor learning and exploration, we aim to make every day enjoyable, meaningful and rewarding.

Above all, we want every child to feel happy, confident and supported, leaving Cosy Cottage with wonderful memories and a positive foundation for their next stage of learning.
